2. 10/30: RunGood: HALLOWEEN Community 5k & 2-Mile Walk & After Party at The WalkGood Yard in Mid-City ❤️✨🤝🏾🗓

   1. DRESS UP & RUN/WALK TONIGHT FOR HALLOWEEN! After our 5K, we invite you to stay at The Yard for Jamaican food by Mysta Crooks, fresh pressed juices by In Season Juice Co, ice cream by All Chill Ice Cream, and a live DJ set with Sahar Habibi of Soulection! Food vendors curated by me!

   2. Three paces for everyone! Olympic Pace: 6-9 minute miles; Sexy Pacers: 9:30-11 minute miles; Walking Legends: Moderate to Brisk pace. Bring your friend, bring your pup, let’s exercise together!

11/6: Soulful Yoga Flow at Glow + Flow Beauty in Hawthorne ❤️✨

Wednesday November 6th at 6pm! Reserve some space for rest with a soulful yoga flow hosted by Lauryn’s Garden Wellness & Skincare at Glow + Flow Beauty, a Black-owned beauty supply store in Hawthorne. Your flow will be led by Carli Michelle of Meditation Circle. I joined their first yoga flow at Dulan’s On Crenshaw and felt so refreshed for the rest of my week. The best part? This experience is FREE to the community with donations lovingly accepted! Always make time to care for yourself, you are so worth it.
